Past Life Regression

People come for many different reasons: They often say they are just inexplicably drawn to explore this dimension and to find out if they can remember who they were and where they have been before. Very often names, dates and places can be pieced together making fascinating pictures of times gone by. Sometimes the root causes of problems cannot be found in this lifetime. Your reality is not just a matter of where you stand today it is the result of where you have been and what you have experienced perhaps over many lifetimes. But before you can move ahead, you must release yourself from those aspects which no longer serve a purpose. It is time to integrate your past with the present so that the potential of your future can be seen and felt.

The session explained

We will spend a few minutes discussing your reasons for coming while I take notes. We then begin the Induction – the practice of relaxing our restless thinking minds allowing a deep state of inner peace – so you know everything that is going on around you and yet you can recall vividly what you are sensing in your inner world. From this place you can begin to explore your Past Lives. The only requirement is a non-judgemental open mind. It is not necessary to believe in Past Lives for it to be a wonderful symbolic metaphor. It is extremely helpful in resolving troubling conflicts, often helping clients get an overview of life, connecting them with their own inner resources and intuition that are everlasting.
