Sharing stillness and Eckhart’s teaching is a very powerful practice, joining with like-minded people in the presence of stillness seems to amplify the experience of being together in the now. We begin with a short silent meditation, watch or listen to Eckhart’s teaching then finish with a 30 minute silent meditation.
